MONOBRIGHT lança comercial e single!

O MONOBRIGHT, banda que o Hidaka se juntou após o fim do Beat Crusaders, fez um comercial para a Pocky, uma marca bem tradicional de palitinhos de chocolate aqui do Japão. A Pocky é um dos patrocinadores do filme 婚前特急 (Konzen Tokkyu, algo como "Trem Pré-Nupcial") e a música tema do filme é esta que toca no comercial, Dancing Babe, que será lançada no single Come Together / Dancing Babe, no dia 2 de março. O PV da nova música está disponível no site oficial do MONOBRIGHT.



MONOBRIGHT, the band that Hidaka joined after Beat Crusaders broke up, made a commercial for Pocky, a traditional chocolate chopsticks brand here in Japan. Pocky is one of the sponsors of the movie 婚前特急 (Konzen Tokkyu, something like "Pre-nuptial Train") and the theme song of this movie is this one in the commercial above, Dancing Babe, that will be launched on the single Come Together / Dancing Babe, on March 2nd. O ex-guitarrista do Beat Crusaders, Taro Kato, em trajes de colegial! Lembra muito a ex-vocalista Goto Mariko, da banda Midori.

E hoje o Taro anunciou em seu Twitter sua nova banda, o Albarino, que é uma parceria com o Tomoyasu Kamiharako, guitarrista do Dohatsuten.

And today Taro annouced on his Twitter his new band called Albarino, which is a project with Tomoyasu Kamiharako, guitarist of Dohatsuten.

Aqui na minha cidade, Iwata, na província de Shizuoka, nevou no último fim de semana e, eu, Beta Crusaders, não pude deixar de fazer uma homenagem à melhor banda de todos os tempos! 雪いっぱいですね～♪ ^o^

TV Murders!!

Hidaka, o ex-vocalista do Beat Crusaders, está com o novo projeto TV Murders, com Ahito Inazawa (Vola & The Oriental Machine), Kaji Hideki e Kohei Dojima. Eles gravaram a faixa "... to be HARLEM" do CD tributo ao New Roteeka (ニューロティカ), uma banda japonesa de punk rock na qual o vocalista se veste de palhaço. De acordo com o blog do Hidaka, o TV Murders não se limitará somente a esta faixa: ele tem planos de continuar com o projeto em 2011!

O CD tributo ao New Roteeka está a venda por 3,000 ienes (cerca de 30 dólares) nos seguintes sites: Amazon, GEO, HMV e Tower Records.

Hidaka, the ex-lead singer of Beat Crusaders, is with a new project called TV Murders, with Ahito Inazawa (Vola & The Oriental Machine), Kaji Hideki and Kohei Dojima. They recorded the track "... to be HARLEM" to the tribute CD to New Roteeka (ニューロティカ), a japanese punk rock band which the singer dresses like a clown. According to Hidaka's blog, TV Murders won't be limited only to this track: they got plans to continue with the project in 2011!


The tribute CD costs 3,000 yen (about $ 30) and is for sale at the following sites: Amazon, GEO, HMV and Tower Records.

Hoje o ex-guitarrista do Beat Crusaders Taro Kato completa 35 anos! Parabéns, Taro-chan!

Today the ex-guitarist of Beat Crusaders, Taro Kato, turns 35! Happy birthday, Taro-chan!

Nascido na cidade de Narashino, na província de Chiba, Taro tocava na banda FUNSIDE antes de entrar para o BECR. O músico destacava-se na banda por usar os mesmos trajes do guitarrista Angus Young, da banda ACDC, mas nos últimos anos usou um cosplay inspirado em Eddie Van Halen. Além disso, seu carisma e presença de palco eram inigualáveis: Taro imitava vozes femininas e sempre dava gás ao famoso おまんコール (omankoru = chamado da vagina). Durante alguns anos, Taro também foi vocalista e guitarrista do GALLOW, atual projeto solo de Hidaka. Atualmente, o Angus Young de Chiba é o guitarrista suporte da banda Ziggy e guitarrista e vocalista da banda Toquio Lequio Tequnos.


Born in the city of Narashino, in Chiba Prefecture, Taro played in FUNSIDE before joining Beat Crusaders. The musician stood out for wearing the same costumes of the guitarist Angus Young, from ACDC, but recently, he had used a costume inspired by Eddie Van Halen. Also, his charisma and stage presence were unique: Taro used to imitate female voices and always started the famous おまんコール (omankoru = call of the vagina). For some years, Taro had been the lead singer and guitarist of GALLOW, Hidaka's current solo project. Nowadays, the Angus Young from Chiba is the support guitarist of Ziggy and guitarist and vocalist of Tokyo Lequio Tequnos.

Hoje o site oficial do MONOBRIGHT anunciou o "casamento" da banda com o ex-vocalista do Beat Crusaders, Hidaka, por meio de uma animação em flash na abertura da home page da banda. No entanto, o ex-frontman do Beat Crusaders ficará restrito à guitarra e ao teclado. Um desperdício diante de inigualável talento vocal! Mas não desanimem: Gallow ainda está na ativa! *o*


Today the official MONOBRIGHT website announced the "marriage" with the Beat Crusaders' ex-lead singer , Hidaka, through a flash animation in the opening of the home page of the band. However, the ex-frontman of Beat Crusaders will be restricted to guitar and keyboard only. Such a waste of a unique vocal talent! But never give it up: Gallow is still active! *o*

A união foi oficializada juntamente com o anúncio do novo mini-álbum da banda, intitulado 淫ビテーション. O nome do mini álbum, pronunciado Inbiteshon, é um trocadilho com a palavra invitation, do inglês, que significa "convite", com o kanji de obsceno (que se lê in, em japonês), o que dá o duplo sentido de "convite obsceno".


The union has been established with the announcement of the new mini-album, titled 淫 ビテーション. The name of the mini album, pronounced Inbiteshon, is a pun with the word invitation, in english, and the kanji of obscene (which is read in, in japanese), which gives the double meaning of "obscene invitation".
